We are growing rapidly and are looking for an Inside Sales Associate (ISA) who will work along side our listing agents and buyers agents to find homeowners looking to sell. We are experienced and knowledgeable real estate agents, judicious negotiators, and conscientious advocates and advisers representing both residential and commercial buyers and sellers.

 

We are looking for a truly talented professional with proven leadership ability, integrity and dedication, exceptional organizational and marketing skills, and acute attention to detail. He or she will be committed to supporting both our agents and clients.

 

The Inside Sales Associate must have exceptional phone and interpersonal skills, a commitment and drive to excel in phone-based sales, enjoy making 125+ calls a day. The ISA must have a passion for setting appointments and must use rejection as a motivator to refine and develop the craft of achieving sales targets and maximizing sale opportunities on each and every call. This individual will learn, practice, and use scripts, listen attentively, maximizing opportunity to build rapport and demonstrate patience in all interactions, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone.
